It’s Christmas Day or December 25th depending on how you spend your time. I am counting down the hours until the Call the Midwife Christmas special tonight. I have my cuppa and pudding ready to go.

This week was both simultaneously lighter and heavier than I anticipated. Among all the holiday hullabaloo I did still manage to toss together a short list of some thought provoking content.

I spent this morning listening to Alex’s interview with Krista Tippet & I have never heard someone so accurately describe what I aspire to be.

For so long, I’ve felt a calling to use my healing journey to help others and every time I listen to Alex speak I just find myself saying “YES! This is IT!”.

Mark my words, I will be having a conversation with Alex sometime in the very near future. I just know it.

Alex’s new book, How We Heal, is headed my way this week & I can’t wait to dive in.
