I reread it multiple times. I was listening to a podcast recently and the host said she has a “tantruming one” that just needs to be held sometimes. I resonated with that.
I’m not going to be able to make this class (I’ve taken others with this beloved teacher), but you came to mind as I was reading the description so I commend it to you 🩵 https://embodimentmatters.com/radical-gratitude/
That’s uncanny timing! I just looked at it and absolutely might sign up! It also looks VERY similar to an offering I’ve been working on--such important work! So glad you shared that. Clearly you know me well just from my newsletters!
I also have old scripts that keep resurfacing, even when I thought they were resolved. They find new situations to “adopt” as their own and I have to resolve them all over again. It does get easier to see them for what they are, but resolving them each time is a new bit of work. I guess that’s part of the journey.
Thanks for sharing Mollie! I think it’s something we all encounter and like you said an inevitable part of the journey! Cheers to doing the brave work!
That last paragraph is really beautiful. 🩷

AND that is gorgeous! A tantruming one! That is so spot on. It just needed a little snuggle
