It’s possible. I promise. If my examples above were too radical we can break it down even further…

FINE. THAT LOOKS MORE DOABLE, BUT WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO THIS?
You’ve heard the term mindfulness right? If you haven’t I’ll just assume you’ve been living under a rock but, I still love you. In a nutshell, it’s the practice of being able to bring our attention to the current moment.
Incorporating mindfulness practices are associated with better physical and mental health.
I know this works, because I’ve done it!
We often believe that we have to mediate or go to yoga class to incorporate mindfulness into our lives but, I say SHENANIGANS to that idea. I love mediation and yoga however, if you want to start making changes to your life you have to start with really small subtle shifts.
Hence, my “DO ONE THING” challenge.
Just try it. You have nothing to lose by waiting 30 seconds to start your Wordle game.
Drop a comment to share what your one thing will be this week and let me know how it goes!
I will take my dog for a walk. It will be his walk. He can take me any where. It’s all about being quiet and watching how happy he is.
