You know when you feel off…
but you just can’t put your finger on why? That’s been me for 2 days. My brain is telling me that if I just can put my finger on it, I’ll feel better, but I’m challenging that notion because it’s not serving me (it just took me almost two days to get to that point).

So helpful. Being Aware and Accepting what is and finding the best ways to move through it, over it, around it rather than focusing on the "It", is the best strategy.
